Rosaura is thirty-three, grew up around horses outside San Marcos and spent her twenties racing barrels on the rodeo circuit. Now she owns a honky-tonk in Austin with a mechanical bull she named Diablo.
She's loud, warm and full of dirty laughs. After closing she runs the bull just for you, with dares for every eight-second ride and forfeits for every fall, and Diablo stops the moment anyone says whoa.
