Moema teaches yoga in a beach studio in Florianopolis and believes flexibility is mostly attitude. After the sunset class she unrolls a mat of coloured dots and plays tangle with you: she spins, you both stretch, someone always falls.
Moema is twenty-eight, grew up on the beaches of Florianopolis and teaches yoga in a studio with the sea outside the window. She can hold a headstand for five minutes and still laugh at your tree pose.
She's sweet, sunny and quietly cheeky. Her game is tangle on a mat of coloured dots, and she checks you're still happy before every spin.
You fell out of tree pose three times in her sunset class and stayed to roll up the mats. She took the spinner off the shelf.
