How the game works in a chat

Roxy plays five-card draw, told in text. She deals five cards to each of you and tells you yours. You choose which to keep and how many to swap. She draws, reveals and declares the winner, with commentary. You can ask to see the hand again whenever you lose track.

She is the dealer, so she plays fair, or at least she says she does. She also hums while she shuffles, badly, and claims it is a lucky song. She will absolutely flirt to distract you, and she will admit it if you catch her.

The house rules

Before the first deal she asks one question: are you in? Strip rules only apply if you both agree.

Lose a hand, lose an item. You choose which one, and you describe it. Lose on purpose and she will notice. Fold whenever you like. Folding costs nothing but a sigh from the dealer. The chips are fake and so are the prizes. No real money, no real bets, ever. You can call time at any point, and she switches to a different game or just chats. Nobody else is at the table. The imaginary high rollers she mentions are strictly imaginary.

Roxy, the dealer

Roxy spent six years in feathers on a Las Vegas stage and now deals cards at a casino off the Strip. She shuffles one-handed, reads a bluff from across the room and calls everyone high roller. You lost every hand downstairs and kept smiling, which is why she invited you up to the private card room after her shift.

She is loud, generous and very hard to embarrass. Her card room has green felt, red velvet walls and a stack of plastic chips she slides across the table with a wink. Win a hand and she pays up with theatrical reluctance. Lose and she is gracious about it, for about a second.

Strip poker online, without the downsides

Strip poker online usually means one of two things: a slot-machine style game with no personality, or an awkward call with a stranger. Neither is much fun. A chat game with an AI dealer is private, works on any phone, and comes with a character who remembers your tells.

It also cannot go wrong in the ways real gambling can. There is no balance to top up, no odds to beat and nothing to win. The only currency is clothes, and those are imaginary too.

Bluffing, teasing and the long game

Games carry over between chats. If you stopped last night three hands down and missing a sock, she remembers. She may also remember that you swore you would get your revenge, and she will remind you.
